Terms and conditions

1. Booking Policy
  • All bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and signed client agreement.
2. Last-Minute Bookings
  • Bookings made within 7 days of the event will incur a rush fee of 20% of the total package.
  • Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may be limited in scope or design.
  • Full payment is required upfront for bookings made within 7 days of the event.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made:
  • More than 14 days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee is refundable (if fully paid).
  • Less than 14 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
  • In the event of rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate the new date based on availability.
4. Design & Setup
  • Final design and event details must be confirmed no later than 10 days before the event.
  • Any changes made after this date may not be guaranteed and could incur additional charges. .
5. Client Responsibilities
  • Clients must ensure the venue is accessible and ready for setup at the agreed time.
  • Golden Perfect is not liable for delays caused by venue access issues or other third-party vendors.
6. Force Majeure
  • We shall not be held liable for any failure to deliver services due to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, or any other unforeseen events beyond our control.
